Though I've never had the need or desire to Twitter, I succumbed to it today. I've had an account for awhile, but haven't done anything with it for a year. For one, why would anyone be interested in the minutiae of my life. For two, I can't even keep my Facebook account up-to-date. For three, I can't keep anything brief, how could I possibly say something meaningful in 140 characters.
We are going to Florida on Wednesday, and will be spending the week frolicking at Magic Kingdom, Animal Kingdom, Hollywood Studios, and Sea World. I'm not so sure I'll do any blogging, but I thought I could probably do some Twittering. To that end, I have posted a little Twitter sidebar (it's there on the left), so that in case Google is down, or you've read all the news on CNN.com, or done remarking about how Defying Gravity is like Gray's Anatomy set in space, then you can check out my, um, Tweets. (See! I already know the lingo. I'm so smart like that.) There you can read how many Mickey Mouse ice cream treats I've eaten. So exciting.
My cell phone provider is happy about it, anyway. I just had to upgrade my plan so we aren't paying 20 cents a text.
So, that's that.
