Can fun change people's behavior for the better?
Of course it can.
Any parent who sings the "clean up" song to get their kids to pick up toys knows that making something fun makes a difference. We have toothbrushes that sing, blue bubbles for handwashing, "ants on a log" to get kids to eat their veggies (and peanut butter).
Then? We grow up. And the fun stuff isn't always the good for you stuff. But what if it was?
What if taking the stairs over the escalator was this much fun?
I climb about a hundred stairs every day I teach. I wish it was this much fun!
